First off, don’t let the term “custom design’’ or “bespoke” intimidate you. You don’t have to be a jewellery expert or know the difference between a halo setting or bead setting to create your very own bespoke engagement ring or jewellery with us. Many think that designing your own jewellery is expensive but that is not the case at The Love Diamond. The Love Diamond’s completely guided bespoke experience is adjusted to your needs and preferences. Simple and easy – here’s how it works.
1) Talk to our Personal Jewellers
Consult with us about the design you have in mind. Show them a design sample, if any. If you don’t have a particular design in mind, don’t worry. We can help you with that too.
The entire process is an exciting one where we will work closely with you to make important decisions such as selecting the right diamond, ring setting and the type of band, be it 18K white, yellow or rose gold or a mixture of two colours.
2) Putting your vision to paper
Next, the Personal Jewellers will work closely with our experienced jewellery designer to sketch your designs by hand.
These detailed drawings done to scale could be done in a matter of hours. By which time you will be able to see your masterpiece brought to life on paper.
3) Crafting your one-of-a-kind piece at the Atelier.
Once you’re happy with the design, it will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for your bespoke ring to be ready!
